A CEO needed to hire a new accounting firm, so he called the heads of 8 large firms for interviews. He hired one nearly right away. A friend asked him how he made his decision so fast. 

“It was easy,” the CEO replied, “I just asked each of them one question, what is two plus two?”

“That's simple,” said the friend, “how did that help you?”

“Well, seven of them answered four, so I hired the eighth.  He asked me what number I wanted it to be.
